I then proceed reset the password probably 8-10 times this year and cannot reuse an old password. ![]() Trust me she can’t even type things out and doesn’t understand that upper/lowercase matters let alone what the symbol is or how to locate it on a magical digital keyboard.īut here is the real problem. I mean to be fair she is not the brightest retirement age boomer out there so I made it easy to login by checking remember userid and adding her password into the iOS password manager (don’t worry this is a home device, minimal physical security issues with this setup for her, and she lives in a super safe area) so all she has to do is click a couple of times without having to type in her login info. I’ve set up everything for her to be as easily accessible in the app as possible. Since she’s a boomer and ignorant of tech in general I had to jump through the hoops with her work to set up her mandatory account which took an endless back and forth since I don’t actually work there and also the ADP system sucks major donkey balls registering employees apparently! My tech illiterate mom’s factory switched from paper stubs to to online only through this stupid app a couple of years ago and since then there’s been nothing but problems.
